Ingredients
Dijon Vinaigrette

lemon juice

dijon mustard

extra virgin olive oil
Salad

head
iceberg lettuce
chopped

small head
radicchio
chopped

cup
chopped tomatoes

chopped persian cucumbers

chopped radishes

chopped celery

cup
chopped bell pepper

cup
chopped black olives
¼
cup
chopped pepperoncini

tablespoons
finely chopped red onion
Instructions
Dijon Vinegrette
Combine all ingredients except the olive oil in a medium bowl.
Slowly whisk in the olive oil. Season with more salt and pepper to taste.
Salad
Pour about ⅓ cup of the salad dressing into a large bowl.
Add the salad ingredinets into the bowl and toss to coat in the dressing.
Season the salad with additional salt and pepper to taste and serve immedietly!
