Raspberry and Rose Meringue Parfaits
These individual Raspberry and Rose Meringue Parfaits are the perfect Valentine’s Day dessert! Layered with rose-flavored mascarpone whipped cream, meringue cookies, and fresh raspberries, this super cute treat is sure to impress your loved ones.

mascarpone cheese

sugar

teaspoon
rose water or more to taste

cup
heavy cream

cup
raspberries

small meringues
Instructions
Using an electric mixer, beat mascarpone, sugar and rose water together.
Add heavy cream and beat until medium peaks form and transfer to a piping bag.
Evenly divide half of the mascarpone cream between two glasses.
Top with half of the meringues and half of the raspberries. Repeat with the remaining ingredients and serve immediately!
