Ingredients

  • 1 baguette about 10 ounces
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon flake salt

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Thinly slice the baguette, about a ¼-inch thick, on a slight bias.
  • Evenly place on two baking sheets and  lightly brush both sides with olive oil.
  • Bake until golden, about 20 minutes.
  • Season with salt and allow to cool before topping or storing.
  • Enjoy these crispy crostini with your favorite toppings!

Notes

Will keep for 1 week in a airtight container.
If sliced straight across, you can get more pieces out of one baguette.
