Garlic and Herb Whipped Ricotta Dip
This Garlic and Herb Whipped Ricotta Dip is almost too good to be true. Ricotta cheese, fresh garlic, and a handful of herbs quickly blend together and transform into a luscious party dip. Finish it with a few toppings and dig in!

whole milk ricotta

garlic
finely grated or crushed

extra virgin olive oil

tablespoon
lemon juice

salt

freshly cracked black pepper

chopped chives

tablespoons
chopped basil

tablespoons
chopped parsley

dill
Garnish
olive oil, pepper, additional herbs
Instructions
Combine ricotta, garlic, olive oil, lemon juiice, salt and pepper in a large food processor.
Process until smooth, about 2 minutes scraping the sides as needed.
Transfer to a large bowl.
Stir in herbs, cover, and chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
Garnish as desired, and serve with crackers, crostini, and/or veggies!
