wheel of double cream brie
½
cup
thinly sliced pear
about ½ small pear

tablespoons
chopped roasted and salted pistachios
½
tablespoon
lemon juice
½
teaspoon
finely chopped thyme
1
tablespoon
honey
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Toss sliced pear, thyme, lemon juice, and chopped pistachios in a medium bowl.
Place brie on a parchment-lined baking sheet and top with pear mixture.
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until the sides of the brie are soft to the touch.
Allow the brie to cool for 5 minutes then carefully transfer to a serving plate. Drizzle with honey and top with additional thyme leaves.
Serve immediately with crackers.
