This earthy and creamy appetizer uses simple ingredients and is really easy to make ahead of time.
You'll need: goat cheese, heavy cream, lemon juice, olive oil, mushrooms, shallot, garlic cloves, red pepper flakes, white wine and parsley.
Combine the goat cheese spread ingredients together until smooth.
Add olive oil and mushrooms to a skillet.
Cook until softened, about 12 minutes. Add shallots, garlic and pepper flakes. Cook 1 minute.
Spread goat cheese spread evenly on crostinis.
Top with a heaping TBS of mushrooms.
Mushroom and Goat Cheese mixture can be made up to 3 days ahead of time.
Save some time and make the crostinis up to 7 days ahead of time. Store in airtight container.
