These easy baked wings are restaurant-worthy and super crispy!
You'll need: chicken wings, baking powder, salt, and cornstarch
Dry the chicken wings very well with paper towels.
Sprinkle the baking powder, cornstarch, and salt over the top of the wings in a bowl. Toss to coat.
Place the coated wings on a wire rack. Let them chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour or up to 12 hours.
Bake the wings until they're crisp and golden brown.
Toss in your favorite wing sauce and serve them up!
USE BAKING POWDER NOT BAKING SODA!
The longer the wings chill the crisper they'll become.
