Sour Cream and Chive Dip

Sour Cream and Chive Dip is a party-perfect dip you’ll have a hard time not hogging for yourself. It’s creamy, tangy, and has tons of chive flavor. Easy to make in 10 minutes!

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup cream cheese softened about 2 ounces
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 16 ounces sour cream
  • ¾ cup finely chopped chives about 1 bunch
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • ¾ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly cracked pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder

Garnish

  • additional chives and pepper

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, beat cream cheese using an electric mixer until light and fluffy, about  30 seconds.
  • Add mayonnaise and beat to combine.
  • Add, sour cream, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Beat until unifrom.
  • Cover and chill for at least 1 hour.
