Instructions
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese using an electric mixer until light and fluffy, about 30 seconds.
Add mayonnaise and beat to combine.
Add, sour cream, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Beat until unifrom.
Cover and chill for at least 1 hour.
