  • food processor
  • bowls

Ingredients

  • 6 cloves garlic crushed or finely grated
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 cup celery leaves
  • ¾ cup cilantro leaves
  • ½ cup parsley leaves
  • ¼ cup chopped chives
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 16 ounces block feta cheese crumbled
  • Garnish: drizzle olive oil, black pepper

Instructions

  • Combine the garlic and lemon juice in a small bowl. Allow to sit for 5 minutes.
  • Transfer to a food processor.
  • Add celery leaves, cilantro, parsley, chives and olive oil in the food processor.
  • Pulse on high until herbs are finely chopped, scraping the sides as needed.
  • Transfer the garlic herb mixture to a large bowl and add the feta cheese.
  • Mix until combined.
  • Cover and chill for at least 1 hour.
