garlic
crushed or finely grated

lemon juice

celery leaves

cilantro leaves

parsley leaves

chopped chives

olive oil

block feta cheese
crumbled
Garnish: drizzle olive oil, black pepper
Instructions
Combine the garlic and lemon juice in a small bowl. Allow to sit for 5 minutes.
Transfer to a food processor.
Add celery leaves, cilantro, parsley, chives and olive oil in the food processor.
Pulse on high until herbs are finely chopped, scraping the sides as needed.
Transfer the garlic herb mixture to a large bowl and add the feta cheese.
Mix until combined.
Cover and chill for at least 1 hour.
