This snazzy and colorful Cranberry Gin Fizz with Aquafaba is a twist on a classic cocktail. Made with a vegan alternative to eggs, this tart drink has the signature foam on top and a gorgeous red color.

Ingredients

cranberry juice

lemon juice

simple syrup

aquafaba

bitters

ounces
sparkling water
Instructions
Combine all ingredients except the sparkling water into a cocktail shaker.
Dry shake for 30 seconds
Fill shaker with ice and shake vigorously until the cocktail is cold, about 30 seconds.
Strain into two collins glasses.
