Chilled Creamy Green Olive Dip w/ Cream Cheese

This Creamy Green Olive Dip is one of the best ways to use up that jar of olives. Made with a cream cheese base, pimento-stuffed olives, and a handful of aromatics and herbs, this briny party snack is the perfect partner to a bag of chips!

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup finely chopped pimento-stuffed manzanilla olives about one 5.75 ounce jar
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped green onion about 1 green onion
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder

Garnish

  • parsley
  • olives
  • black pepper

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, beat cream cheese using an electric mixer until light and fluffy, about  30 seconds.
  • Add remaining ingredients to the bowl and beat on low speed until well combined.
  • Cover and chill for at least 1 hour.
  • Once chilled, garnish and serve with crackers or veggies!
