Preheat oven to 500 degrees.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Cook chicken sausage, stirring occasionally until browned about 5 minutes.
Transfer the chicken sausage to a large bowl.
Add bell pepper and red onion to the skillet and season with ¼ teaspoon salt. Cook, occasionally stirring until softened, deglazing the pan with water as needed, about 4 minutes.
Transfer to the bowl of cooked sausage, add chopped garlic and stir to combine.
Shape pizza dough into 12-inch round.
Top with sauce, cheese and the chicken sausage vegetable mixture.
Bake until bubbly and golden brown, about 12 minutes.
Cut and serve immediately.
