5 Minute Chi Chi Frozen Cocktail

Ingredients

  • 4 ounces pineapple juice
  • 3 ounces vodka
  • 3 ounces cream of coconut
  • ½ ounce lime juice
  • 3 cups ice
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender.
  • Blend until smooth and serve in chilled cocktail glasses.
