You and your friends will love this Small Batch Shallot Dip. Golden-brown shallots are mixed together with rich sour cream and mayo to create a sweet and savory dip that’s perfect for small celebrations.

Olive oil Chopped shallots Salt Pepper Garlic powder Sour cream Mayonnaise Chopped chives Lemon juice Soy sauce

INGREDIENTS

Heat olive oil in a small skillet then add shallots with salt & pepper. Cook for about 12 minutes. Add garlic powder then remove from heat to cool for 5 to 10 minutes.

Add the shallots, sour cream, mayonnaise, chives, lemon juice & soy sauce to a large bowl.

Stir everything together then cover with plastic wrap & let the dip chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour or overnight.

Serve & enjoy with chips!

TOP TIPS

For the absolute best flavor allow to chill in the fridge for a few days.

Store any leftovers in an airtight container  and keep them in the fridge.

Deglaze the shallots as you cook using water, veggie broth or apple cider vinegar.
