Packed with all the fall flavors, a cookie crust, and creamy pumpkin filling these tarts need to be at your next holiday party!


You'll need:  sugar flour butter eggs salt spices pumpkin evaporated & a couple more!

Pulse the dough ingredients together in a food processor

Place the dough into the mini tart pans.

Dock the dough, weigh down with pie weights & bake.

Remove the pie weights & bake again until the dough is golden.

Mix the spices in one bowl and the egg, pumpkin, milk, vanilla and spices in another.

Place tart shells on a baking sheet & fill with the pumpkin mixture.

Bake until set!


Make parts of the recipe ahead of time! The dough can be made up to 3 days before it will be baked!
