These crispy baked chicken wings are packed with salt and vinegar goodness! They are a fantastic appetizer for any get-together.


You'll need: chicken wings, cornstarch, kosher salt, white wine vinegar, sugar, salted butter, flakey salt

Dry those wings really well!

Toss them in a cornstarch and salt mixture.

Place the wings on two baking sheets with wire racks and chill for at least an hour!

Bake the wings until golden brown and crispy!

Toss them in a simple sauce of white wine vinegar, salt, sugar and butter.


Adding the extra flakey salt on top the wings after they are tossed in the sauce really takes this recipe up a notch!

The longer you chill the cornstarch coated wings the crispier they'll be!
