  • 8 ounces manchego cheese
  • 8 ounces gorgonzola cheese
  • 8 ounces double cream brie
  • 1 ball burrata about 4 ounces
  • ¼ cup pesto
  • 2 ounces salami
  • 1 bunch baby carrots
  • 1 endive
  • 1 cup sugar snap peas
  • 1 bunch radishes
  • 1 cup cherries
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • ½ cup castelvetrano olives
  • ½ cup pistachios
  • ¼ cup honey
  • ½ cup marinated artichoke hearts
  • ¼ cup jam


  • Cut the manchego into slices and place the buratta into a small dish of the pesto.
  • Place the cheeses on the serving board near the edges.
  • Add any items in bowls or jars (jam, honey, olives, etc.)
  • Start filling in gaps with vegetables and/or fruit.
  • Fill in the remaining gaps with crackers, charcuterie, and then nuts.
