Cranberry Gin Fizz with Aquafaba

This snazzy and colorful Cranberry Gin Fizz with Aquafaba is a twist on a classic cocktail. Made with a vegan alternative to eggs, this tart drink has the signature foam on top and a gorgeous red color.

  • 4 ounces cranberry juice
  • 3 ounces gin
  • 2 ounces lemon juice
  • 1 ½ ounces simple syrup
  • 1 ounce aquafaba
  • 8 dashes bitters
  • 2 ounces sparkling water


  • Combine all ingredients except the sparkling water into a cocktail shaker.
  • Dry shake for 30 seconds
  • Fill shaker with ice and shake vigorously until the cocktail is cold, about 30 seconds.
  • Strain into two collins glasses.
