These mini pear and goat cheese tarts are a fantastic appetizer to make for your next party!


You'll need:  Goat Cheese Garlic Thyme Salt & Pepper Red Pears Puff Pastry Honey Thyme Sprigs

Preheat oven -Combine goat cheese, shallot, garlic, thyme, salt and pepper in a bowl. Mix well.

Evenly divide the goat cheese mixture between the centers of the puff pastry rectangles.

Bake until the puff pastry is golden brown.

Drizzle with honey  and serve!



Make parts of the recipe ahead of time! Assemble the tarts all the way up to adding the pear. Then, right before the party, slice the pears, place them on the tarts and bake them up!
