Think Outside The Box With This Mini Chocolate Dipped Waffle Ice Cream Sandwiches!
You'll need: frozen waffles, ice cream, dark chocolate, coconut oil and caramel sauce.
After toasting the waffles, top with caramel sauce and a scoop of ice cream.
Top with a second waffle and press to form a sandwich and cut into four pieces. Immediately place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and freeze.
One at a time, dip the mini waffle sandwiches in the melted chocolate. Place back into the freezer for at least 30 minutes. Freeze until ready to serve!
These should be stored in the freezer right up until you’re ready to serve!
