This snazzy and colorful Cranberry Gin Fizz with Aquafaba is a twist on a classic cocktail.


You'll need:  Cranberry Juice Gin Lemon Juice Simple Syrup Aquafaba Bitters Sparkling Water

Strain the chickpea liquid (aquafaba) from the  can of chickpeas.

Combine all of the ingredients, except for the sparkling water into a cocktail shaker.

Dry shake for  30 seconds.

Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously until the  cocktail is cold.

Strain into two collins glasses. ENJOY!


Make it a mocktail Make this gin fizz non-alcoholic by removing the gin and bitters entirely. It’ll still taste deliciously tart and sweet.
