- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons refined coconut oil
- 1 cup shredded sweetened coconut
- 1 cup corn flakes
- 1/2 cup roasted, salted peanuts
- Using your favorite method melt chocolate and coconut oil together.
- Stir the remaining ingredients into the melted chocolate and drop by teaspoonfuls onto wax or parchment paper.
- Refrigerate until firm, about 30 mins.
