Ingredients

  • 2 cups black bean soup
  • 8 ounces Tomato sauce
  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup pickled jalapeno slices
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/4 cup salsa
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro leaves
  • chips

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients except salsa, cilantro and chips into a medium pot.
  2. Cook over medium-high heat, stirring often until hot and cheese has melted, about 8 minutes.
  3. Transfer to a serving dish, top with salsa, cilantro and serve with chips
